Private In Public is taught on the LDSA training field in Phil Hardberger Park. PIP provides a one-to-one training experience for you and your dog. Each course covers 8 testable units and follows the LDSA 4 course curriculum

Take Scruffy to the LDSA training field at Phil Hardberger Park for an hour of leash-manners practice, which is open to everyone. Alternatively, you can opt for one-on-one specific skill training, available to current and former clients.

The American Kennel Club’s Canine Good Citizen test certifies dogs as reliable and dependable family members. The test evaluates the dog’s temperament and training to ensure adaptability and good behavior in different situations. Dogs that pass receive a certificate from the American Kennel Club.

Fred will evaluate your dog’s behavior using the C-BARQ survey and in-person skills testing. This will help determine the best training recommendations for your dog. Each session lasts about one hour.
